on va résoudre par substitution 

on a  x + 3 y = 9 donc on peut écrire que  

x = 9 - 3 y 

tu remplaces maintenant dans la 1ere équation

7 ( 9 - 3 y) + 4 y = - 5 
63 - 21 y + 4 y = - 5 
- 17 y = - 5 - 63
- 17 y = - 68
y = 68/17 = 4 

y = 4 

x + 3 y = 9 
x + 12 = 9
x = 9 - 12 
x = -  3 

S ( 4 : - 3) 

7 x + 4 y = - 5 ∠∠∠∠→→→x + 3 y = 9 

x = 9 - 3 y 

7 ( 9 - 3 y) + 4 y = - 5 →→63 - 21 y + 4 y = - 5 - 17 y = - 5 - 63- 17 y = - 68y = 68/17 = 4 
y = 4 
x + 3 y = 9 x + 12 = 9x = 9 - 12 x = -  3
