This picture is representing a scene where firefighters are ''shopping'' (they're holding bags) while there is a fire in a house not far away from them. The picture was taken by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature). The title is "CANT AFFORD TO BE SLOW IN AN EMERGENCY", followed by "Act Now For The Planet". I think that through this picture, WWF is trying to tell people to "do what's important", instead of doing what you want to do. I also think that WWF is trying to say that some police-officers, firefighters or doctors don't 'save lives' like they are supposed to, but instead "follow their heart's desire", which leads to chaos.
