Hello ! 

Present perfect, phrase affirmative : Sujet + Have + Participe passé 
Ex : He has bought a new car. 

Present perfect, phrase négative :  Sujet + Have + Not + Participe passé
Ex : He hasn't bought a new car. 

Present perfect, phrase interrogative : Have + Sujet + Participe passé 
Ex :  Has he bought a new car ? 


En espérant t'avoir aidé(e) ! 

negative : The children did not go to the zoo at the weekend
Interogative :was she ill
Affirmative : she goes to the swimming pool every wednesday
